We’re so sorry to hear you want to cancel your order with us. We were so eager to get your product to you.

You can submit your cancellation request for your order by connecting with our chat support between Mon- Friday 11 am- 5 pm: Chat With Us.
Once you have submitted your request for the cancellation on our WhatsApp, our team will check your order and you will receive a response within 24-48 hours for an order cancellation confirmation.
- All prepaid orders will be refunded via reversal to the original mode of payment only.
- All COD orders will be cancelled directly. If your order is in
transit, you can reject the shipment at the time of delivery so that it
is returned to us.
- If your prepaid order has left our warehouse and you are
unsure to cancel your order, we will have to wait until you receive the
order. Once you receive it, send it back to us using our easy returns
process and we will refund your purchase. But we hope once you receive
the product that you love it so much you decide to keep it!
- If you want to cancel a prepaid
order that has already been dispatched, you can reject the shipment at
the time of delivery so that it is returned to us. Once delivered to our
warehouse, the shipment will be scanned and the refund will be
processed.
Please note: We are a small team of 7,
while our customer service team consists of 2 members- so kindly allow
us up to 48 hours to respond to your query. Since we're low on staff, we
will respond to you at the earliest we can.
