What should I do if my payment fails?



In case there is a failure in payment, please retry and keep the following things in mind:

1. Please confirm if the information you’ve provided is correct i.e. account details, billing address, and password (for Net Banking); and that your internet connection wasn’t disrupted during the process.

2. If your account has been debited even after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back to your bank account within 7- 10 business days. 

3. If any amount has been debited and your order status shows pending order, failed order or cancelled order, you may have experienced an error/glitch on the payment gateway page or technical difficulties due to which our website couldn’t capture your transaction (even though it’s successful).
