- Please be aware that if the product is labeled as “not eligible for return” on the return page, it is strictly non-returnable under any circumstances. Before reaching out to our team, kindly verify the return eligibility status to avoid any inconvenience.

- We have a reverse pick up facility for most pin codes. For pin codes that are non-serviceable by our courier partners against the reverse pick up policy, you will have to self ship the product(s).

- In the interest of hygiene, we may refuse returns where it's obvious that the item has been worn, washed or soiled. Once confirmed by our Care Team, the refund will be reversed to the original mode of payment.

- To maintain strict hygiene standards of our products, we do not accept returns on several product categories, including but not limited to boxers, soaps, shorts, sweat-activated t-shirts and socks.

- We also do not accept returns for printed T-shirts and Hoodies, Boxers, scented candles. Since T-shirts & Hoodies/Sweatshirts are printed especially for you, we are unable to provide a return or exchange for the same.
