What is the refund policy?
All refunds will be processed within 5-7 working days. Once done, customers will receive an email confirmation about the same.
Once the return is delivered,
- All prepaid orders will be refunded via reversal to the original mode of payment only.
- All COD orders refunds will be issued in the form of Instant Trooper Credit. The value of the refund will be credited as a unique coupon credit in your account. We no longer provide cash refunds for COD orders.
