How long will it take for my order to reach me?
We want you to know that your order is safe with us!
If your order has been delayed, it would be for a reason. This vastly depends on the kind of product you have purchased.
- In
the case of Hoppers, we usually ship them the next day. But if it's
not, it's in making and will be shipped within the next week. During
this time, you can let us know if you're not willing to wait for the
delayed order and opt for a refund. We would understand and proceed with
the cancellation of your order.
- Bags
are made in small batches and are usually sold out before they even
arrive at our facility. When in stock, it ships the next day. If there
is a delay, you will be informed via email. In case any Bag says Out Of
Stock or pre-order, it means the product is in manufacturing and will
arrive within 2-3 weeks. We notify you and manage your waiting list on a
first-come-first-served basis.
- If a T-shirt/ Hoodie is a part of your order, an On-Demand printing service for our T-shirts/ Sweatshirt/Hoodies will take longer as it comes in a different shipment. T-shirts & Hoodies are printed on-demand, not stocked upfront and hence it takes us 4-5 days to process and print your order. All T-shirts and Hoodies are shipped from our warehouse in Tamil Nadu within 7 working days. On rare occasions, a specific size/ color combination may not be available right away. In that case, kindly allow up to 10 days to refill our T-shirt inventory before we can print your order.
