How will I get a refund on my COD order?
You can submit your return request for your order here- Return Order and
click on Track Shipment, add your order number or AWB number and then
click on request for return. You can also connect with our chat support
between Mon- Friday 11 am- 5 pm: Chat with us.
When your return order will be delivered in our warehouse, your COD order refund will be issued in the form of Instant Trooper Credit. The value of the refund will be credited as a unique coupon credit in your account. We no longer provide cash refunds for COD orders.

while our customer service team consists of 2 members- so kindly allow
us up to 48 hours to respond to your query. Since we're low on staff, we
will respond to you at the earliest we can.
