Unfortunately due to our limited inventory, we have stopped processing manual exchange requests. Please create a return request for the product and place a new order with your desired product.

This way we will be able to ship your new order faster, without waiting for your return to arrive. Regardless, you will receive a full refund as soon as your return gets delivered.

Rest assured, if you have raised the return request on the above link, your order will be picked up in the next 2-3 business days from the delivery address

Once the product is delivered to our warehouse,
- All prepaid orders will be refunded via reversal to the original mode of payment only.
- All COD orders refunds will be issued in the form of Instant Trooper Credit. The value of the refund will be credited as a unique coupon credit in your account. We no longer provide cash refunds for COD orders.
