How to can I return my order for a refund?

We're sorry to know you want to return your order. Every order that we ship goes through a check and we make sure we deliver and meet all our customer expectations.

You can submit your return request for your order here- Return Order and click on Track Shipment, add your order number or AWB number and then click on request for return. You can also connect with our chat support between Mon- Friday 11 am- 5 pm: Chat with us.

Once your return shipment has been delivered to the warehouse, the refund will be reversed into the original mode of payment in 2 business days. Once done, you will receive an email confirmation for the same.

Rest assured, if you have raised the return request on the above link, your order will be picked up in the next 2-3 business days from the delivery address.

Once delivered,

• All prepaid orders will be refunded via reversal to the original mode of payment only.
• All COD orders refunds will be issued in the form of Instant Trooper Credit. The value of the refund will be credited as a unique coupon credit in your account. We no longer provide cash refunds for COD orders.

Please note: We are a small team of 7, while our customer service team consists of 2 members- so kindly allow us up to 48 hours to respond to your query. Since we're low on staff, we will respond to you at the earliest we can.
