You can submit your return request for your order here- Return Order and
click on Track Shipment, add your order number or AWB number and then
click on request for return. You can also connect with our chat support

Rest
assured, if you have raised the return request on the above link, your
order will be picked up in the next 2-3 business days from the delivery
address.
Once delivered,
- All prepaid orders will be refunded via reversal to the original mode of payment only.
- All COD orders refunds will be issued in the form of Instant Trooper Credit. The value of the refund will be credited as a unique coupon credit in your account. We no longer provide cash refunds for COD orders.
